Favela Luz is the result of a meeting between two passionate immigrants who are reinventing the codes of favela music. Their mission: to break down stereotypes by sharing the richness and solar energy of Baile Funk with the world. By reinterpreting the sounds of their homeland, they celebrate their heritage while building bridges between cultures. On stage, Favela Luz transforms each performance into a vibrant journey, combining music, dance and interaction with the audience for a resolutely festive and immersive experience.

Two proprietors of the cultural bistro at the junction and their Swiss Army knife form a musical alchemy under the tandem ‘Canal 54 DJs’.
