Looking for electrifying pop psychedelia or physics geekery? It doesn't matter: Cosmic Odyssey is for you.
For its very first collaboration with CERN, Antigel invites physicist Laurent Chevalier for an immersive performance lecture. Dark matter, particles, vacuum... all these dizzying concepts become crystal clear thanks to this high-flying populariser. As a visual universe, Sophie Le Meillour has remixed images from CERN to create a hypnotic and poetic VJing. All this is accompanied by an electrifying psychedelic pop soundtrack by The Sunfast and Varoujan Chetirian, perfect for a cosmic journey. A rare, luminous experience that brings art and science together... and we promise you: yes, this time, you'll understand everything.

Laurent Chevalier is a physicist at the CEA (IRFU), a specialist in dark matter and a member of the G-LEAD project focused on axion research. A former collaborator on the ATLAS experiment at CERN, he participated in the discovery of the Higgs boson. A renowned researcher, he also teaches particle physics at Paris-Saclay University and Grenoble-Alpes University.

Sophie Le Meillour is a visual artist and VJ based in Geneva, born in 1988 in Toulouse.
A graduate in visual communication from HEAD, she plays with natural and digital textures, combining drawings, videos, installations and mapping. Her live performances (VJing) are showcased around the world, and she also runs workshops on mapping and VJing.

Yannick Jacquet is a Brussels-based artist born in Geneva in 1980. His work lies at the intersection of digital arts, scenography and graphic arts. He develops exploratory research where technology is put at the service of humanity. From the spectacular to the intimate, his work seeks to nurture the senses and people, cultivating patience in the gaze, just as nature does with our own senses and imagination. Alongside his personal artistic research, Yannick Jacquet regularly collaborates with artists from a variety of disciplines, ranging from graphic arts to music, dance and the performing arts. http://www.yannickjacquet.net
