The French phenomenon Odezenne transcends rap, electro, and song with its furious sound. Their Doula Tour is already selling out, cementing their status as a voice of a generation.
A veritable tidal wave in the music world for 20 years, Odezenne makes a grand return. With unclassifiable sound, furious lyrics, and disenchanted poetry, Odezenne remains one of the most acclaimed acts on the francophone scene, forever flowing against the tide of expectation.
With auto-tuned waltzes and a lucid gaze on their time, the Bordeaux trio has won over an entire generation. The live experience never disappoints: the Doula Tour typically playing to sold-out houses.
Arnaud Rolle’s solo project, Blu boy express delivers textured, introspective indie pop blending alternative and rap influences. A raw and sensitive soundscape driven by simple imagery and deep emotional impact.

After five years with the duo BARON.E and alongside producing for other artists, Blu boy express, whose real name is Arnaud Rolle, is going solo. A dreamy, nervous, sensitive young man, the Swiss artist delivers textured indie pop music with introspective and dreamlike lyrics. The melodies, delicately tinged with an inexplicable nostalgia, transport us to a unique place. Influenced by artists such as King Krule, James Blake, Disiz, Mk.Gee, Odezenne, and Mount Kimbie, Blu boy express infuses his French-language compositions with rich sounds, steeped in rap and alternative music influences. As a child, Arnaud Rolle was immersed in the choral tradition of his native region of Fribourg, a practice from which he draws subtle harmonic inspiration and an attraction to minimalism. “I compose with the idea of a constantly changing soundscape, where the boundaries between genres are blurred to make way for a new form of musical storytelling.” Through his refined lyrics, Blu boy express manages to evoke strong emotions using simple and mysterious images. He conveys a sometimes turbulent experience with universal contours, capable of touching the heart directly, without detours. Composed between Paris and his studio located in a former chocolate factory in his hometown of Fribourg, this new project explores the vast territory of emotions and delivers a sincere summary for an intimate and raw result. In terms of imagery, Blu boy express has teamed up with Swiss-Palestinian visual artist PADOU. This collaboration gives rise to a saturated, slightly absurd and constantly shifting aesthetic that transports viewers to a world apart, somewhere between the films of Wes Anderson and the dark music videos of King Krule. This collaboration sublimates the contours of a universe marked by artistic versatility in the service of an unapologetic sensibility.
