At the helm, Giuseppe Bucci, dancer and founder of Urban Shala in Carouge, will offer you a fluid, accessible and gentle yoga experience – a moment of self-reflection and introspection, while your imagination will soar serenely to the dreamy sounds of a soundtrack woven live and tailor-made by musician Goodbye Ivan.

Accompanied by enveloping soundscapes like grandma's big wool jumper, this class offers a cosy and uplifting multi-sensory experience that will leave you feeling light on your feet and refreshed in spirit.
So let go of the cortisol and join us in your most comfortable clothes for a pure moment of dopamine flow.

Dancer and choreographer, Giuseppe uses yoga as a space where movement and inner awareness meet. Founder of Urban Shala in Carouge, he teaches Hatha and Vinyasa with passion and kindness. He guides each person towards a sensitive grounding, a keen awareness of the body and lively breathing.

Goodbye Ivan is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist based in Geneva, creator of ambient and cinematic soundscapes combining guitars, various objects and sound processing.
His compositions explore immersion and texture, bringing to life works for films, audio-visual performances and collaborative projects.
