Jeff Tweedy, the leader of Wilco and a massive figure in American alternative rock, began his career with Uncle Tupelo before making his mark with Wilco. A prolific singer-songwriter, Tweedy explores folk, rock, and deep introspection. In 2025, he released Twilight Override, a 30-track triple solo album where hope, reflection, and resilience intertwine, showcasing his evolution while remaining a singular voice in the American musical landscape.
Macie Stewart is a Chicago-based musician and multidisciplinary artist, acclaimed for her exceptional versatility across piano, violin, guitar, vocals, and synthesizers. A highly sought-after collaborator, she has been praised by Pitchfork for contributing to “some of the best compositions of the last five years.” Her work as a composer explores and blurs the boundaries between music, dance, and sound art. She has composed for Hubbard Street Dance, the Pacific Northwest Ballet, and a wide range of interdisciplinary performances. In 2024, she created a site-specific sound work for the Florisonic Installation at the Lincoln Park Conservatory, one of the oldest sound installations in North America.
