Late Night – EXTRAVAGANZA returns, masked and more intriguing than ever. Inspired by the enigmatic world of Stanley Kubrick’s cult film, the night promises to be an enchanting ritual to be embraced without restraint.
For this edition, Late Night – EXTRAVAGANZA is thinking big. Taking advantage of the renovation works at the Grand Théâtre de Genève, it will take over the Cube at HEAD, transformed into an ephemeral nocturnal playground.
We will lead you into a labyrinth of scented shadows, where velvet conceals vertigo, and every masked face suggests a secret. For here, the mask—compulsory—is an invitation to boldness and letting go. Like Dr. William Harford, you will enter the night with a beating heart, tempted by the unknown, ready to immerse yourself in a universe of seduction and desire. Dancefloors, sensual performances, and voguing will clothe your night and stitch a shiver into your senses. A night to lose yourself and be revealed, a night to live with your eyes wide open!
In co-production with Grand Théâtre de Genève and in collaboration with la HEAD
With the support of Fondation Hélène et Victor Barbour.

Champagne bar in collaboration with La Vinothèque.

Lasseindra is a major figure in voguing in France and internationally, and a pioneer of the ballroom scene in Europe. She began her career in New York, the birthplace of voguing: an urban dance and emancipation movement that emerged within Black queer communities in the United States in response to racial and sexist discrimination. Promoting values of tolerance, solidarity, and anti-racism, Lasseindra actively contributes to the establishment of voguing in France. In particular, she founded the Eurasian chapter of the legendary House of Ninja, known since its inception for its multicultural openness and martial arts influences. Every year, Lasseindra curates the ballroom artists for the Late-Night EXTRAVAGANZA party.
