With Warren Ellis, longtime collaborator of Nick Cave, Dirty Three extends one of the most striking partnerships in the alternative scene. A cult trio, rare and deeply moving, whose every performance feels like a singular event.
Formed in Melbourne in 1992, Dirty Three is a legendary instrumental trio blending post-rock, folk, and improvisation. Driven by Warren Ellis’s deeply expressive violin — a key collaborator of Nick Cave for decades — the band crafts soundscapes of rare intensity. After 12 years away, Love Changes Everything marks a long-awaited return, reaffirming their singular place in contemporary music.
