The Antigel Run, loyal as ever, is back to get your myokines firing and brighten up your winter. This year, we’re also offering you a legendary trainer, one your glutes won’t forget any time soon.
It’s pitch dark, freezing cold, and you’re feeling guilty for lounging on your sofa?
The now-traditional Antigel Run is offering you a no-nonsense antidote to procrastination.
Whether you’re a stride superstar or simply brilliant at blowing off steam, we’re rather proud to present, right at the heart of our Festival and in the gorgeous setting of Parc Lagrange, a full range of sporty and fun activities: parent-child run, and 5km and 10km adult races. Plenty to earn you some kudos and great memories.
As a bonus gift this year, you’ll get a madcap warm-up led by Professor Postérieur, SPROT’s muse and high priestess of the gluteus maximus!
A muscle-charged moment where you can show up with zero shame in your legwarmers, neon leotard or leopard bandana, we want sweat, fun and electricity to loosen up those legs before the race.
Children between the ages of 4 and 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Training sessions on the race course with the FLAG 21 association:
Saturday, January 17: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Saturday, January 24: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Saturday, January 31: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The meeting point for training sessions: Villa le Plonjon, Chemin de Plonjon 4, 1207 Geneva.
