On the occasion of the town's 175th anniversary, travel back in time and discover Onex as you've never heard it before.
Flashback to 1851: Onex becomes its own municipality. A hundred and seventy-five years later, Antigel invites you to retrace the footsteps of a village that grew into a key player in the canton’s history and development. This time-travelling journey blends storytelling with local anecdotes, beginning in old Onex, crossing the Route de Chancy, and recounting the human adventure of a community shaped by its residents, poised between rural roots and urban energy. The poetry of the narrative, woven from testimonies of Onex residents by Antoine Jaccoud, will take physical form through performances by Ballet Junior and circus artists. And because at Antigel history is something to be lived as much as listened to, Boodaman’s sweeping soundscapes will guide you through time… and across the road.

Ballet Junior Genève is a contemporary dance company for young dancers in professional training. It offers a space for creation and experimentation, allowing aspiring artists to develop their technique, expressiveness and sense of community. The company collaborates with renowned choreographers and participates in performances and artistic projects, promoting the integration of young talent into the Swiss and international dance scene.

Paradox Circus combines contemporary circus, dance and theatre to create bold and poetic performances. Acrobatics, juggling and balancing acts are combined with improvisation and emotion to tell universal stories. The company also offers participatory workshops, making the circus accessible to all and promoting confidence, creativity and sharing. Each creation seeks to surprise, amaze and bring artists and audiences together in a unique experience.

Boodaman, alias Stéphane Caviglioli, is a pioneer of Swiss electronic music with a passion for modular synthesizers. He creates analogue pieces without a computer, combining dreamlike introspection with dancefloor energy. With several albums to his name, he is also the founder of the ADSR association, pushing the boundaries between technology and pure emotion.

Antoine Jaccoud, born in Lausanne in 1957, is a Swiss writer, playwright and screenwriter. After studying political science, he worked as a journalist before training in dramatic writing, notably with Krzysztof Kie?lowski and Frank Daniel. He has collaborated on numerous films and plays, explored humour, poetry and documentary filmmaking, and has been teaching writing for several years.
